Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Purpose of the TCS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all professional training services offered by Eminence Business École de Paris (EBEP). They govern the contractual relationship between the institution and any client: student or private third-party payer.

3. Enrollment and Admission
Enrollment becomes final once:
- the admission form or student file is completed,
- all required administrative documents are submitted,
- the training contract is signed,
- payment or validation of a payment schedule is confirmed.
International students must provide documents required for residency in France (visa, financial proof, insurance).
4. Access Deadlines
The average access time to training is between 7 and 30 days after:
- receipt of the enrollment file,
- validation of prerequisites,
- confirmation of payment.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Training fees are listed on EBEP’s official materials (website, catalog, quotation).
EBEP accepts the following payment methods:
- Single payment,
- Payment with deposit followed by the remaining balance,
- Payment by a private third-party payer (e.g., employer).
6. Invoicing
An invoice is issued for any training course and sent to the client or a private third-party payer. In the event of partial payment by a private entity, the remaining balance is due by the student.
7. Student Fee Payment and Refund Policy
1. Tuition Fee Payment
All tuition and related fees must be paid strictly in accordance with the fee schedule mentioned
in the official admission offer. Failure to comply with the payment deadlines may result in
cancellation of admission without further notice.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Once a student visa is granted based on EBEP-issued documents (including but not limited to
offer letters or enrollment certificates), no refund of tuition fees or deposits shall be issued
under any circumstances. Students are encouraged to proceed with their studies on campus as planned.
3. Visa Rejection Refund Policy
- The student must submit the official visa refusal letter along with all supporting documents.
- The student must fully cooperate with the EBEP Admissions Office during the verification process.
- Upon successful verification, the refund will be processed within approximately 30–60 days.
- Refunds apply only to tuition fees; all banking, intermediary, and administrative charges shall be borne by the student.
4. Force Majeure, Medical Conditions, or Bereavement
- In cases of a serious medical condition, or
- The death of an immediate family member (mother, father, sibling, spouse, son, or daughter),
the student may request a one-time deferral to the next academic session. All fees already paid shall be carried forward to the next semester. No refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
5. Institutional Rights
EBEP reserves the right to revise, amend, or update its tuition fee structure and refund policies
in compliance with institutional requirements or regulatory obligations.

8. Postponement or Modification of Training
EBEP reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, modalities, or instructors to ensure pedagogical continuity. Participants will be informed as soon as possible.
9. Participant Obligations
- respect internal rules and regulations,
- attend training sessions regularly,
- complete evaluations and assignments,
- maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other students.
10. Institution Obligations
- provide a compliant training program,
- ensure qualified instructors,
- offer administrative and educational support,
- issue completion documents (certificate, attendance records).
11. Attendance and Sign-In Requirements
All training requires attendance monitoring. Participants must sign attendance sheets in person or validate online participation for remote classes.
12. Accessibility and Disability
EBEP applies an inclusive policy. A disability advisor may arrange:
- adapted learning materials,
- individualized support,
- adjusted schedules depending on student needs.
13. Intellectual Property
All training materials provided by EBEP are protected. Reproduction or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal Data (GDPR)
Collected data is used for administrative and educational purposes. In accordance with GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon written request.
15. Mediation and Disputes
In case of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
16. Acceptance of the TCS
Enrollment in a training course implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
