Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “TCU”) govern the legal framework for access to and use of the website and services provided by EBEP – Eminence Business École de Paris and define the conditions under which the “User” may access and use said services.

The present TCU are accessible on the website under the section “Terms and Conditions”.

Any registration or use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU by the User. When registering through the online form, the User expressly accepts these TCU by ticking the box preceding the following statement: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and I accept them.”

If the User does not accept the TCU set out in this document, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website.

www.ebep.fr reserves the right to modify these TCU unilaterally and at any time.

• The website is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with an internet connection. All access-related costs are borne by the User.
• Non-registered Users do not have access to services reserved for members.
• Registered Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
• Force majeure events do not engage the liability of www.ebep.fr.

Article 3: Data Collection

• Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (1978) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or oppose processing of their personal data.
