The DBA Program is a three-year, full-time doctoral course designed for experienced professionals aiming for leadership roles in academia, industry, or the public sector. Offered in English and French, it combines rigorous coursework in research methodologies, academic writing, and quantitative/qualitative analysis with optional language development.
Through doctoral seminars and personalized thesis supervision, students develop advanced research skills to conduct impactful studies, publish scholarly work, and contribute to innovation and strategic decision-making.
In the second year (from Semester 3), students specialize in one of three tracks:
