1. Tuition Fee Payment: All fees must be paid as per the fee schedule provided in the admission offer. Failure to pay tuition fees within the stipulated deadlines may result in the cancellation of admission.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions: Once a student visa is granted (supported by EBEP documents such as an offer letter or enrollment letter), no refund of tuition fees or deposits will be issued under any circumstance. Students are encouraged to proceed with their studies on campus as planned.
3. Visa Rejection Refund Policy: In case of student visa refusal, the following conditions apply:
The student must submit the official visa refusal letter and all supporting documentation.
The student must cooperate fully with the EBEP Admissions Office during the verification process.
Upon verification, EBEP will process a refund within approximately 30–60 days.
Refunds apply only to tuition fees, and all banking, intermediary, and administrative charges will be borne by the student.
4. Force Majeure, Medical Conditions, or Bereavement: In the event of:
a serious medical condition, or
the death of an immediate family member (mother, father, sibling, spouse, son, or daughter),
the student may defer their studies to the next academic session (one-time deferral only). All paid fees will be carried forward to the next semester; however, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
5. Institutional Rights: EBEP reserves the right to revise, modify, or update its fee structure and refund policies in accordance with institutional or regulatory requirements.
